Position Overview:

As an Assistant at Suite Reyad, you will play a crucial role in supporting our salon operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will work closely with our team of stylists and other staff members to assist with various tasks, including:

Greeting and assisting clients
Scheduling appointments
Managing phone calls and inquiries
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the salon
Assisting with inventory management and product ordering
Providing support during salon services
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred but not required!
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
