About Sanctuary Salon:
Sanctuary Salon is a new boutique salon located in Bushwick Brooklyn, offering high-quality haircuts, color, and styling in a welcoming, creative environment. We’re looking for a skilled hairstylist with an established clientele to join our team and continue growing alongside us.
Job Overview:
We need an experienced hairstylist who can bring their talent and loyal clients to Sanctuary Salon. If you have a strong following and want to work in a chill, collaborative space, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
-Provide expert haircuts, color services, styling, and treatments.
-Maintain and grow your existing client base.
-Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
-Follow salon procedures, cleanliness standards, and policies.
-Help promote the salon through social media and word-of-mouth.
Qualifications:
-Valid NYS Cosmetology License.
-Proven experience as a stylist with an established clientele.
-Skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends.
