**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated licensed cosmetologists or barbers to join our team. As a stylist, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a commission-based position with the opportunity for uncapped earning potential.
**Responsibilities:**
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Present products/services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
– Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales tactics
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities
**Requirements:**
– Proven track record of success in a previous salon or barber shop
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
– Prior experience in the cosmetology industry is preferred
– Existing clientele is highly desirable due to the commission-based structure
