We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Salon Assistant to join our team and support our talented stylists in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Support: Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
• Stylist Assistance: Support stylists with shampooing, conditioning, glossing and basic prep work.
• Salon Maintenance: Keep workstations, tools, and the salon floor clean and organized.
• Inventory Management: Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Administrative Duties:, schedule appointments and assist with client check-in/out.
• Customer Experience: Ensure clients leave with a positive impression of our salon’s services.
Qualifications
• Passion for the beauty and hair industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
